In order to share the podcast which you will create later in the session you will need  a place online to put it.  There are many options.  We have found that a blog is one of the best places to post your podcast because they offer 100 mb of free space.  You could also post a podcast in a Wiki like this one, but it only offers you 10 mb of space and with podcasts you will run out of space quickly.

SIGNING UP FOR EDUBLOGS

Here are the steps to follow to sign up for an Edublogs account.  We are doing this early in the session because you will need to receive a confirmation in your email account and sometimes that doesn't come right away.  Later on we will do the design of the blog to help it look better and to add content to it.

1. Go to http://edublogs.org
2.  Choose to sign up for a free account

   

3.  Follow the directions to sign up for an account and a blog.  Use your school email address to sign up.   Debbie and I will rotate around to help anyone who needs it.
